Lizaro Payments for UK Players: What Cashing Out Costs and When the Money Moves
Lizaro names two charges: a commission of 10% (15% for card or bank-transfer deposits) that applies when wagering stays below the deposit, and a €5 (about £4.24) monthly fee after 180 days without a login. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 business days, and at Level 1 a player can take out €500 (about £423.82) a day and €7,000 (about £5,933) a month. The welcome stages start from €20 (about £16.95).
Methods that fund the account
Visa, Mastercard, MiFinity and cryptocurrency fund accounts at Lizaro. Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, Paysafecard, bank transfer and Revolut can also fund an account. Deposits made with Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for the welcome package, so a player who wants the bonus pays in another way. Each of the four stages asks for at least €20, which makes €80 (about £67.81) the smallest total that can touch all four.
Withdrawals go back by the method that funded the account wherever possible. The proof of ownership of that method, with its transaction history, is among the documents Lizaro may ask for, and documents are due within 30 days of a request.
PlayPayout limits by level, with the days they take to reach
Lizaro publishes daily and monthly caps for each VIP level.
| Level | Per day | Per month | Days of daily limit to reach the month |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | €500 (£423.82) | €7,000 (£5,933) | 14 |
| 2 | €500 (£423.82) | €10,000 (£8,476) | 20 |
| 3 | €800 (£678.10) | €12,000 (£10,172) | 15 |
| 4 | €1,000 (£847.63) | €15,000 (£12,714) | 15 |
| 5 | €1,500 (£1,271.45) | €20,000 (£16,953) | 14 |
A Level 1 player holding €1,200 (about £1,017.16) cannot take it in one day: it needs €500, €500 and €200 over three days of limit. The level itself rests on the previous 90 days of activity, and Levels 3 to 5 carry the higher withdrawal limits.
Taking the whole Level 1 month, €7,000 (about £5,933), means 14 days at €500. With no more than three requests pending at one time, and each processed within 3 business days, the requests have to follow one another rather than go in together. A Level 5 player holding the same €7,000 clears it in five days at €1,500 (about £1,271.45) a day, the last of them €1,000 (about £847.63).
When a withdrawal waits, and what holds it
Requests are processed within 3 business days from 6am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday. That figure covers Lizaro’s own handling of the request; the card, wallet or bank then moves the money on its own timetable.
Four rules can hold a withdrawal. A request needs a minimum rollover of x1, so the deposit has to be staked once. Wagering of €20 (about £16.95) within the calendar month of the request is expected, and the withdrawal can be declined without it. No more than three withdrawals can be pending at one time. Identity, balance or source-of-funds checks can delay a payout.
To find out where a pending request stands, ask in the live chat, which is open 24/7.
What the fee rules cost on a 200 euro balance
Take a player who deposits €200 (about £169.53) and plays only €50 (about £42.38) of it. Wagering is below the deposit, so the winnings may be cancelled and a 10% commission kept, never less than €0.50 (about £0.42). If the deposit came by bank card or bank transfer, the commission is 15%. Staking the full €200 once meets the x1 rollover and keeps the player clear of the rule.
The inactivity fee works differently. After 180 days with no login a monthly administration fee of €5 (about £4.24) applies. A balance of €200 left alone for 180 days and then six more months pays €30 (about £25.43) in fees.
A €330 (about £279.72) balance at Level 1 shows the limit side. It fits inside the €500 daily limit with €170 (about £144.10) of the day to spare, so a single request clears it. The €7,000 monthly figure only matters to a player holding several thousand euros.
Refunds of deposits
As a rule Lizaro does not refund deposited funds, and any refund request has to reach it within 24 hours of the transaction. The 24 hours run from the payment itself.
FAQ: Lizaro payment questions from UK players
A Level 1 player holds €530 and asks for €330, then €200 on the same day. What happens?
€330 plus €200 makes €530, €30 over the €500 Level 1 daily limit, so the second request is usually better sent the next day.
Are there limits on a single withdrawal as well as the daily and monthly ones?
Yes. Lizaro sets individual minimum and maximum amounts for each withdrawal in addition to the limits by level.
What does Level 2 add over Level 1?
The daily limit stays at €500 (about £423.82), and only the monthly limit rises, from €7,000 to €10,000, which is €3,000 (about £2,543) more.
A Level 1 player withdrew €500 on each of two days. How much of the month is left?
€6,000 (about £5,086), which is 12 more days at €500.
How much more can a Level 5 player take out in a day than a Level 1 player?
€1,000 (about £847.63) more: €1,500 against €500, three times as much.
A Level 3 player took €800 on each of ten days. How much of the €12,000 month is left?
€4,000 (about £3,391), which is five more days at €800 (about £678.10).
