Privacy Notice: Your Rights Over Data Held by This Lizaro Casino Guide

Effective from 13 October 2026.
This notice applies to the independent information site about Lizaro Casino for readers in the United Kingdom. It begins with what a reader can ask of us, since the rights matter more than the background. The site is not Lizaro and holds none of the data a player gives the casino, as explained near the end.

Your rights, in plain terms

Under UK data protection law, a reader can ask us to do any of the following. Each request goes to [email protected].

  • Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you and an account of how it is used.
  • Correction: a fix to anything that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Erasure: deletion of data we no longer need or have no basis to keep.
  • Restriction: a pause on using data while a correction or objection is considered.
  • Objection: a stop to processing based on our own legitimate interests.
  • Portability: data you gave us supplied in a format that can be moved.

We answer a request within one month of receiving it, and we may ask for proof of who you are before sharing or deleting anything, so that nothing is handed to the wrong person. There is no charge for an ordinary request.

How to make a request that is quick to answer

Three details speed up a request: the e-mail address you wrote from, the rough subject of the message, and the right you are using. A reader who wrote about a withdrawal limit and now wants the message deleted only needs to say so, naming the e-mail address used. A reader asking for access receives the message, the address it came from and any note we made about a correction. A request made on behalf of someone else follows the same steps, except that we first ask for the person’s written agreement.
The legal framework is the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and the notice is written to follow both.

Complaining to the ICO

A reader who is unhappy with an answer can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK authority for data protection. The ICO website is https://ico.org.uk and its helpline is 0303 123 1113. Contacting us first is welcome but not required.

What data reaches us

The only personal data the site is built to receive is what a reader chooses to send. When you write to [email protected] we receive your e-mail address, your message and anything you include in it, such as the page you are asking about. The site asks for no account, no deposit and no payment details, and a message does not need to contain any of them.
If a reader’s message contains more than we need, for instance a screenshot showing account numbers, we will ask for it to be sent again without them.

Why we use it, and on what basis

An e-mail is used to answer the sender, to correct a page when the sender is right, and to keep a short record of the correction. The basis for that is our legitimate interest in running an accurate information site and replying to readers. A request that touches rights under this notice is handled because the law requires us to.
We do not use readers’ addresses for mailing lists, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Links to Lizaro and other sites

Links on these pages lead to Lizaro Casino and to help services such as GamCare. Once a reader follows a link, the destination site applies its own privacy terms and its own cookies, and this notice does not govern them. GamCare handles calls and chats under its own terms, so a reader who rings 0808 8020 133 is dealing with GamCare, not with us.

Data a player gives the casino

Verification at Lizaro is the casino’s own process. Lizaro may verify identity, age, residence and source of funds, may ask for identification, proof of residence and proof of ownership of the payment methods used, and may run calls, phone verification or face verification, sometimes through a third-party provider. Documents are due within 30 days of a request. None of this passes through our site. A player who has a question about how the casino handles those documents should ask Lizaro, and a data request about them is for Lizaro.

When a message mentions gambling worries

Some readers write because a session has gone badly or a budget has slipped. A message of that kind is read by one of the people who run this site and is answered with the GamCare details (0808 8020 133; in Wales 0808 2819 265), not with advice about a casino account. We do not copy its content into the record kept for page corrections, and the erasure right above applies to it in the same way as to any other message, so a reader who regrets sending it can ask for it to be deleted by naming the address it came from.

Who sees the data and how long it stays

Messages are read by the people who run this site, and they are not shared with Lizaro or with advertisers. An e-mail is kept for as long as it takes to answer it and to record a correction that results from it. Where a message asks for erasure, we delete the message and the record of it unless the law requires us to keep something.

Readers under 18

The site is written for adults. The minimum gambling age in Great Britain is 18, and Lizaro accepts customers over 18 only. A message from someone who tells us they are under 18 is answered with help-line details and is not kept longer than is needed to do that.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the new text replaces this page and the effective date at the top changes with it. A change that affects how an e-mail is used will not be applied to messages already received without telling the people concerned.
